MacDonald’s Group has embarked on a journey to create an inclusive organisation through its partnership with various shareholders. The broad-based economic empowerment framework has been used as a guideline to develop a holistic and integrated strategy.

Our focus has been to:

  • Restore healthy communities.
  • Mature and develop our employees.
In this our goal is to ensure that both staff and communities benefit though the implementation of our BEE transaction.
